  I have over 30 years experience in working with people who have diverse abilities.  A large part of my work is building and sustaining trusting relationships based on a safe, encouraging environment.  I have been very fortunate to experience first hand the power of believing in someone.  By acknowledging and focusing on strengths and abilities, a new found confidence and awareness emerges, ultimately giving that person a voice.

I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals,  as well as exploring their current beliefs and mindsets.   I firmly believe in the power of humour and the value it adds to each session.   I am committed to providing a safe, relaxing and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.

My coaching packages include:  Weekly one hour sessions.

Single Session - $55/hour .

4 - Week "Starter Package" -  $200

3 - Months "Jump in with Both Feet" - $550

6 - Months "Next Level" -  $1050
